Dr Hue Huynh
Chiropractor
Hi, my name is Hue*
*(Pronounced “whey”, like the protein.)
I graduated with a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and Master of Chiropractic degree from Macquarie University. Since then, I have treated a range of patients, including athletes, office workers, manual laborers, busy mums, children, and the elderly. Over the years I have provided chiropractic services to many communities throughout Sydney but am now giving back to my South-West Sydney community. I can speak Vietnamese fluently, allowing me to provide chiropractic care to those who are of a non-English speaking Vietnamese background.
I utilise a variety of treatment modalities including dry needling, kinesiology taping, shockwave therapy and soft tissue techniques for the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. I combine these manual therapy techniques with work, lifestyle, and exercise interventions to provide my patients with more holistic care to prevent and manage acute and chronic pain, injury and disability.
I have a special interest in and strong passion for women’s health (pre-, during and post-pregnancy care). As such, I spend a lot of time researching different treatment options to better individually cater for my patients’ needs and obtain the best outcome.
My interest in sports is one of the reasons I got into Chiropractic. From playing a wide range of sports since a young age, I understand the physical demands placed upon the bodies of different athletes. I have been involved with the local Bonnyrigg White Eagle Youth squad as their Junior Sports Trainer.
I believe that this knowledge and experience has enabled me to empathise with my patients when pain or an injury impacts on their athletic pursuits. This knowledge and experience, coupled with my training, has also enabled me to develop more individualised injury prevention and rehabilitation programs to better assist my patients to achieve their sporting goals, get back to their best form and maximize their potential on the sporting field.
Outside of the work, I like to spend a lot of my time escaping outdoors for a hike or coastal walk, travelling, going on food adventures, and am extremely passionate with live sporting matches especially cricket, rugby league (Sydney Roosters) and Football (Socceroos and Western Sydney Wanderers).
