Greetings, I’m Franksan but you can call me Frank.
At an early age, I was pursuing a career in the IT industry that ended abruptly due to an unforeseen illness- leaving me home ridden for 3 years. It was during this time I was first exposed to the care of primary health professionals and the health industry. From being under the care of a Chiropractor, Physiotherapist and a Respiratory specialist who treated my breathing difficulties, sciatic nerve pain, and managed my scoliosis (curvature of the spine) these three individuals had changed my career trajectory towards health and science.
Since then, I have completed a Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy at Macquarie Fields College, Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and Master of Chiropractic at Macquarie University. Along my journey I’m grateful to have met knowledgeable, Inspirational and experienced academics who aspire me to become a compassionate and professional health practitioner.
As a Chiropractor, I have a strong emphasis on diagnosis and treatment management of acute and chronic conditions for my patients using the best available scientific approach. I am also passionate to help educate patient concerns regarding pain, injury and difficulties with everyday activities, work and sport related inquiries. I endeavour to guide my patients through each step of their recovery and regain optimal function in their daily lives is what truly fulfills my sense of giving back to the community.
In my spare time, I love to spend time with my friends and family (especially the little ones), fishing and making sushi, playing all types of sports and watching the latest Hollywood blockbuster or Japanese animation.
I am fluent in English and Cantonese. Myself and our team at Back In Focus will be greeting you with a big smile.
